7 MIN FUDGE


FAVORITE OF FAVORITE

2 square of unsweetened chocolate
1 lb of confectioner sugar
2/3 cups evaporated milk

cook at a rolling boil seven minutes
remove from heat and add
1/2 jar marshmallow fluff
11/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

stir until starts to thicken pour into greased pan and cool

option add 2 cups rice krispies for crunch

favorite Bread

BANANA BREAD

2 Eggs
1 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Shortening
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 C Walnut (optional)
3 Large Bananas

The riper the bananas the better.

Cream together eggs, sugar & shortening,
Stir in rest of the ingredients.
Bake about 55 minutes at 350 degree's

FRIED RICE

FRIED RICE
2 sl bacon fried crisp
1 chopped onion sauate in bacon grease
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs scrambled
cook rice
stir until heated

if pork, shrimp, or chicken fried rice
add about 1 cup cubed meat or shrimp

Pretzels


PRETZELS



1 pkg Yeast
1 Tbsp
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
4 c flour

Mix ingredients together
knead dough
form long ropes and shape as pretzels.
take one egg beat well and brush on as glaze. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake 425 for 12 to 15 minutes

Favorite Pasta dish


Spaghetti Carbonara


  • 1 pkg (16oz) Spaghetti
  • 8 sl Bacon
  • 1 lb Pork sausage
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3tbsp minced Parsley
  • 3 Tomatoes peeled, chopped (1 can tomatoes drained chopped)
  • 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 3/4 C grated Parmesan or Romano
  • 1/2 C cream can milk or milk freshly ground pepper
  • ground nutmeg

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed in large skillet
  2. cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Drain all fat. Add sausage , garlic and parsley, cook till sausage is done.
  4. Quickly scramble eggs, add eggs and remaining ingredients to spaghetti.
  5. Toss lightly.

Whoopie Pies / Devil Dogs

COOKIE CAKES
  • 2 Cups. Flour 3/4 Cups. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cups. Cocoa 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1.3 Cups. Salad oil 1 Cups. Sugar
  • 1 tsp.Vanilla
  1. combine ingredients
  2. 2.drop on baking sheet in Tbsp size on an ungreased cookie sheet
  3. 3. bake at 350 degrees for 8 to ten minutes
  4. 4. Let cool
  • FILLING
  • 1/2 Cups. Shortening 2 or 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 Cups. confectioner sugar 1/2 Cup. Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/8 tsp.Salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Spread the filling between two cookie cakes (make sure the cookie cakes are cool ) Flat sides together
